This company is a complete joke. Been trying to get hold of someone via live chat / this gets ignored. I have emailed numerous times to Customer Service again Ignored. Went through Resolver Complaints annnnd again I’ve been ignored. Just the same email asking for more details. Which I’ve sent 6 times now. Zero status on order and delivery ? Funny how the order was received and took my money. Very quick in that lol but Since the 18/08/2024 NOTHING ????No status or information on delivery times. Sitting totally in the dark wondering where n when my son’s items will be here? Crapstar are able to spam me silly though with silly updates on email to win free delivery. Every day I’m getting these also promising shipment within 2/3 days?!? So ironic and untrue! More false info. This was money my Son had for his birthday. This is a company that take but do not deliver ! Still holding out hope that a miracle may happen before I get in touch with Trading Standards. I have ordered from this company over the years and they have always been slow but this is just a blatant mockery of their customers. Shame on you Trapstar. You’ve taken a kids money and not sent his items ! You’ve basically stolen my 15 year olds birthday money. Disgusting behaviour
