Not sure what all the bad reviews are for?I didn't receive a confirmation email and wasn't sure if that was my fault or the companies but I got a response back within 24 hours and they were extremely helpful. As some of my parcel is pre-order it wasn't going to come on time for someone's birthday, so they separated my parcel for me. Even though their dispatch times say 9-12 days, this was sorted yesterday and my parcel is expected tomorrow.So I would ignore the bad reviews around shipping and everything else as it's not true. Thank you,
