I placed an order during a sale, and part of the order was refunded after two weeks because it was out of stock, despite the fact that it was still up for sale on the website. They did email me to say that there would be a delay on the second part of my order and offered a refund. I decided to wait because I always order well in advance for birthdays so I had time. I placed a second order in the interim, which arrived within a week. It seems like the discounted stuff takes ages to arrive but the regular priced stuff arrives quickly. Anyway, the clothes that arrived were all of really good quality, they are worth the money. If you are a nervous Internet shopper and worry about being scammed, this company will have you on the edge. The customer service was OK, not great but not outrageous either. I wouldn't buy from them again purely because you never know whether you will actually get what you ordered or whether 2 weeks in they will cancel your order and refund. Shame, because the clothes are really nice
