ordered item mid Feb with a 10-12 day delivery window.Several emails sent chasing, responses from the company were poor. Eventually gave up waiting for the item after 6-7 weeks and requested a refund. I was told this would be done - surprisingly it wasn't and I also had to chase that... hoping that will be with me soon!!
