I ordered a hoodie on Black Friday (bearing in mind it’s February) found out the logo was backwards and not on the front of the hoodie…I then sent it back via UPS, asked the customer service for how long it will take to get my refund, they have stated 3-5 days….It’s been 3 months now and they just stop responding to me..They have confirmed to me they have received it (also UPS email confirmed that too) but they are just taking money at this point.
