I ordered a tracksuit for my son on the 9th January, I have tried to reach out to trapstar on numerous occasions and their customer support is absolutely ridiculous, fobbed off all the time and being told is was a pre order item that the would start dispatching from January 19th, still no email to say it’s been dispatched. I sent an email 4days ago for update and it’s been ignored, this company is a joke, never again. Will need to contact my back for a chargeback
