I bought a trapstar jacket for my son on 27 Nov 23. He wore it for few weeks, then he told be that the lining inside on the sleeve has split from the stitching. I contacted Trapstar twice before they finally answered. They asked me to send the jacket and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement as my son wants it. To my surprise they sent me an email stating that the jacket was worn and they can’t replace it and they sent it back!! I don’t understand why it was sent back to me, I did explain to them what had happened. Surely for the price that was paid for the jacket it should have lasted for more than few weeks..The quality is bad and the customer service is even worse, by the way this was my last item which I bought for my son from them
