Ordered a hat 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Messaged them on instagram and by email saying it has been over almost 10 days and i hadn’t received it despite having a email saying delivered. It took 4 days for a reply and was told they would send another.. despite me asking for a refund as the time for it had passed they ignored that part and said it would be in 3-5 working days. It’s now been over a week and i’m still emailing and calling. i used to order from them often in my younger years but i’ve had too many issues. i ordered a top once before and it took 4 months to come. I even forgot i ordered it. The definition of paying for the brand name and not the item. Ridiculous customer service. Definitely not ordering again. Maybe the day after that i might recieve my parcel or perhaps a simple response that doesn’t seem like a robot
