This Company, if they exist at all, are the most appalling I have ever had to deal with. They certainly skirt around trading standards and there seems nothing anyone can do about them. Please somebody take this Company on because I have tried everything to make a return and get a refund. All telephone numbers advertised don't exist, no one responds to emails and as for return addresses - there are 4 as far as I can see and how many of these are genuine. I also now, having paid out £350, am wondering if the clothes are even genuine as the packaging was poor and the items had no labels.I think anyone considering purchasing or having bought from Trapstar should be worried as once your money has been taken, which they seem to do very well, the rest of the business if a complete failure in regards to it's customers and it would appear that someone is making a healthy profit out of us the duped customer.
