I bought on 26 Nov 23 my son a jacket from Trapstar on sale for £141. The stitching for the lining at the right arm has split after 4 weeks. My son told me about it few days a go. I sent two emails to Trapstar including an attachment showing the split. I've been waiting for days now, without any acknowledgement to my email not alone sorting the issue.For a jacket marked at £175 I feel it should last for more than 4 weeks. For an expensive product like that, there should be a better customer service. You can't just get your money and neglect to deliver a service should there be an issue with the product.Your online help is useless. So far I bought two jackets and bottoms for my son from you, but I will never touch your product again
