Purchased a coat for my daughter in the sale for £140.00 down from £280.00. After only 6 weeks the material started coming away at the cuffs. Emailed in to Trapstar and was immediately offered 20% refund - declined as coat was clearly not fit for purpose. Advised to return for full refund. Upon receipt of the return Trapstar emailed to say no refund due as no manufacturing fault this was just wear and tear ?? After 6 weeks!!
