I'm not a Karen, but I spent £250 online 3 weeks ago nothing has been sent out. After chasing and being told my orders were being prepared I got emails saying all items were no longer in stock and I would receive a refund. I have only been refunded £50 from £200 I am expecting and had hoodie that looks second hand washed out faded. I took the hoodie into Trapstar Birmingham and the assistant laughed and said NEVER order online it's a joke but we can't accept online returns. Biggest Scammers in the industry avoid at all cost
