Shocking Customer Service. The coat cost £260 was 10 months old and professionally dry-cleaned and a report to confirm from the Dry-Cleaners. The lettering lifted on the front of the coat and they claim that because its over 6 month old they can do nothing. Do not waste your money on buying an original so called quality garment.
