Waited over 5 weeks for my sons hoodie still not received it. After 3 weeks I used the bot to contact customer support they refunded me postage and said it will arrive next week - it never arrived. I contacted them today to ask for a refund as I have given up all hope now of receiving the sixty pound hoodie, as soon as I asked for refund I was ignored I was left for over an hour waiting for someone from customer support to speak to me - they quite obviously do not want to refund and think if they ignore you that you will go away - terrible way to treat your customers. I asked to speak to a manager - no reply. I sent a number of polite messages they were all ignored. I have gone now to resolver to try and get some advice and help to resolve this issue. As you can see from all these bad reviews they are not a good company to buy from and have many issues. A good start would to be to get some good customer support staff - possibly they are told not to refund ?
