Even if you give yourself plenty of time to order something before going away or to an event, Trapstar will find a way to mess your plans up and act like they haven't done anything wrong. Such a lack of a accountability! The worst part is that they were never like this before so it must be a recent thing. Customer service is appalling, they take ages and never answer your query, it's like speaking to a robot. They've ruined my holiday plans and have left me in a situation without any resolution. Honestly do not order from this place, they will disappoint you every single time!
