Delivery and customer service is poor

Ordered my son a tracksuit and tshirt on the 23/06/2023. Still awaiting the items. Contacted customer service after 10 working days and they said in line with their shipping policy to wait the 9-12 days. Contacted them yesterday (day 12) to be told that the one item (tshirt) is having problems with warehouse supply. I replied that is going against their shipping policy and they shouldn’t sell and take money from customer if they can’t fulfil the order. Received my delivery fee refund and been told to wait a further 10days! Fact they obviously knew this was an issue when contacting them on day 10 and no communication except from me chasing is poor customer service. Tried calling the number on their website - phone line is not in use! So had to contact the chat box and wait over 20minutes for member of staff to reply. Only have the one member of staff monitoring this, hence the long waiting time. Once I receive my order (if I ever do) I will never purchase from Trapstar again. Overpriced and the fact you have to pay for delivery despite spending so much is ridiculous.
