I ordered my son a tracksuit for his birthday at a cost of £185. After a couple of washes it looks like he has owned it for years! In fact I have items I have owned for years and that cost a fraction of the price and they still don't look as bad. I emailed the company who told me it was wear and tear. I replied saying I wasn't happy and they haven't responded. They had the audacity to send me a customer satisfaction survey though. I emailed again asking for a response and they still haven't replied, I'm not counting the second customer satisfaction survey as a response. Truly shocking customer service and quality of produce. My advice is don't purchase anything from Trapstar.
