I ordered an in stock T-shirt on 19 May and didn’t hear anything at all. Contacted the first time to be told‘ Unfortunately, we've experienced a logistic delay with your order, hence why we've been unable to deliver within our shipping windowWe're expecting this item to be with our warehouse team soon and aim to update you with dispatch information by the end of next week.‘I had to contact them again at the end of that week and they sent the exact same message.Their whole customer experience is woeful - they continue to drops weekly despite clearly having no proper logistics or customer service. They only care about wasting peoples time and taking their money.I first bought from them three years ago, never again. They don’t seem to ever improve even when you hope they do
