I ordered a coat for my son on the 11th March it arrived by the 14th March i noticed the coat was too small and sent is back via special delivery on 16th March in which the tracking showed it had arrived at the designated postcode for refunds the following day in the afternoon. I have sent half a dozen emails including the tracking number showing that the parcel had arrived and when i would be in receipt of having a coat in the desired size. Its now the 23 March and i have had no response from my emails sent with no resolve and the number to call customer services they say leave your name and number someone will get back to you and no one ever does. As far as I'm concerned this is unacceptable customer service. In fact they are providing no service at all. And have a cheek to send out how did we do emails...You haven't done anything!!! I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. Its disgusting..
