Trapstar are still out here doing drops when there’s a whole army of people waiting to either receive a product or refund. I have been waiting over 40 days now for my item to arrive the lady who responded to me within trapstar customer service (chayan) told me 3 weeks ago il receive it end of the week. I haven’t received any response since that day, when you call all you hear is the background music for hours. I don’t know if mikey or lee are aware of there absolutely atrocious customer service but oh god do I regret buying from them. Like many others we either want our product or money back we are sick and tired of chasing something that this company should have mastered by now (customer service). I’m disappointed honestly it’s feels worse knowing it’s one of your favourite brands.
