Shocking customer service! Made a pre order in December - one tracksuit arrived the other did not. Numerous emails & phone calls later and I still do not have my order or a refund! No response to emails , no answer on the phone line. Also returned a separate order over 4 weeks ago and still no refund! Will raise a dispute via the bank as getting no where with the company's procedures!
