I ordered my son over £300 worth if items for Xmas in October 2022.Due to a delay this was not being delivered until New Year's. After being told it had been delivered and not receiving anything I message to be told on 4didfferent occasions they were investing with DPD. I finally get a answer that DPD have claimed they lost the parcel. This was beginning of February I have not had a response since or my refund. I am now out of pocket by over £300 no goods and my son still has not had a Xmas present
