Ordered a coat for my son before Christmas was too small so returned and signed for by Trapstar on 6th January still haven’t received a refund! I have emailed many times and still no reply and no one answers the phones! Unless you are 100% sure the goods will and you don’t want to return I’d avoid purchasing!I don’t actually think they have customer services!Have finally received a response to my emails saying allow 3-7 days for a refund, so fingers crossed this may be resolved and I will update the reviewFinally received a refund 15th February
