My parcel took a while to be delivered which is understandable as it was a pre order, I then try on my tracksuit which just cost me £200 and I notice a rip in the leg which I then contact customer service about which took them 2 weeks to reply to me and another week for them to say that they will give me a partial refund which I accepted (that was on 19 January) they said it would take 7 days for my money to come through to me and it’s currently the 16th of February and I’ve still not got my money, it seems now when I email about my order I get no response seems kinda coincidental that now they’ve got to give your money back they don’t reply, out of every business I’ve ordered from it’s the customer service is by far the worst and I wouldn’t recommend ordering at all
