I ordered a hoody on the 27th Dec 22 a couple of weeks in they emailed to say sorry for the delay as they were moving premises. As this was taking so long I decided I wanted a refund instead but was told it had already left the warehouse, when I finally received it I sent it back and I paid to have it tracked and signed for . They received the Hoody on 27/1/23 I have emailed a few times tried ringing and have now managed to leave a message but still no sign of Refund!!!!!
