I made an order of three items, for my nephew, in November.First item from order took over 1 month to arrive, with no updates or responses despite contacting customer services every other day. Each time I contacted them, I would only receive automated emails asking for order details, over and over.When first item was received, the stitching was unravelling on the side of the trousers and seams were scratchy for something so expensive. You're paying for the name and you will be angry at yourself for lining their pockets.Return shipping must be covered by yourself, and refunds take another 6-8 weeks for them to issue. For faulty items, return shipping is not covered unless you are persistent with customer services. If you have any problem contacting customer services for several days, make a complaint to Trading Standards and get a chargeback from your bank. Contact Citizens Advice for any guidance you may need.As for the other two items in my three-item order: it's been over 2 months and they still haven't shipped..
