Awful customer service .. over £300 worth of goods ordered 27/12/22, received an order confirmation and nothing since. Emailed customer service, received the standard ‘new warehouse’ crappy response.. waited a little longer, sent a second email and a Facebook message , totally blanked. Resigned myself to the fact that they don’t care about customers or potential returning customers so I have now gone to my bank to claw back my sons Xmas money.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, maybe they should rebrand themselves ‘one star’ judging by the majority of their reviews.!
