Be patient, read delivery info and call if need help. They state it’s 9-12 working days delivery, so expect at least a 16 day wait. Some items state in description they are on pre-order so it could be months. Read carefully! If you still have a problem, call them on the number on the website. You may wait 15 mins but they are really helpful once through (Brian is excellent). Remember they are growing and demand outstrips their current operations and they are trying hard to improve, new warehouse for example.
