The customer service is terrible. I bought 2 tracksuits for my son in large by mistake. Sent one back but still waiting for one. Was offered the option to refund rather than sending out, which makes sense as I've already paid for delivery so would have to pay for return also. They've ignored part of my email request so yes the large tracksuit is on its way! No idea when his preorder items will arrive. Rang and left a message, no reply and sent dozens of emails. Sons insisting he wants more items with his birthday money, wish me luck
