Daughter ordered tracksuit for BF on 2 December, item showed as “in stock”. Email then advised item delayed and would be despatched 6 January. Slightly embarrassed on Xmas Day with no present for BF. 6 January passed. No item or update despite numerous emails being sent and voice message left. DHL tracking number doesn’t exist so after reading reviews enter number in DPD. Order is on the system but they’re awaiting package. To date, money taken, no item received, no contact or update - absolutely disgusting service. Upset daughter with still no present for BF and no idea what to do. Do not buy from this company- even their accounts are overdue on Companies House - which says a lot!
