Products are great but customer service is very poor. My son Returned a coat on 29th December they received it on 30th December (I tracked the return). No communication from trapstar to say they have received it. Emails not answered. Worried with all the negative reviews they won’t refund the coat (£250) My son is still waiting on a hoody to be despatched that was ordered on 30th November. Trapstar please improve your customer service.
