Avoid this company at all costs! I put an order in on the 1st December for clothes for my son for Christmas, I still haven’t received the goods. Customer service is an absolute joke. I have stayed on hold for 15 minutes to then go to an answer machine to leave your details and they never ring back. I have emailed numerous times, and I get a generic response back about “unprecedented demand and blaming dpd and Christmas being too busy for them”. It’s two months down the line and I still have nothing. My son went without at Christmas, it just isn’t good enough. I got my final email over two weeks ago to say my goods would be despatched within 10 days…. Shocker still nothing. I have requested a refund as I give up “being patient”. This company is run by people who don’t have a clue what they are doing. Very very poor.
