Terrible experience with this company. Placed an order on the 26th December and did not receive the order until 21st January. No contact from the company until I complained. Completely ignored my request for a refund and gave an excuse that DPD could not cope with the order amount. Very disappointed 12 yr old who wanted to treat himself with his Christmas money. If they couldn’t fulfil the order for 4 weeks in the sales then they shouldn’t have accepted the order. Please don’t bother ordering from these people online, they really couldn’t care less about their customers. Just driven by money and trends!.
