My son asked me to order a Christmas present for him from this company at the end of November. I didn’t realise it would become such a problem. Same as everyone else. The occasional email to say they have been very busy and will dispatch as soon as possible. Then the update about the move to the new warehouse. Their logistical operations is not the problem of the customer. If they can’t cope with the volume of orders they should have stopped taking orders. I will be pursuing claiming the £200 back from my credit card company at the end of this month if I haven’t received the goods.
