Returned a coat unused for a full refund with tags attached. Item returned to us with tags removed, no refund! Why remove the tags? Our only way to get our money back now is to resell the coat but they have devalued the coat. Really won't be buying form trapstar in future. Customer service is poor, they don't respond to emails.
