Trapstar treat customers like mugs! The pre-order hype is a way of getting your money and keeping it for months - don't get sucked in! They never ever answer the customer service helpline. They take ages to answer emails and when they do it's generic and gives you no information about your order. I wish I'd have read the reviews before we went through the nearly 3-month ordeal. I only got my money back because I put in a dispute in with Klarna and they chased. Trapstar be warned, all fashion moves on eventually. You can't treat your customers like mugs that don't matter as one day they won't be there anymore! Never again!
