Ordered a t-shirt for a Christmas present for my teenage son on the 29th November. Like alot of other reviews, customer services was non existent, sent emails, tried online chat, nothing, just generic emails which did not answer my queries which related to dispatch date, DHL tracking number which did not exist! Very frustrating to say the least. Today arrived said t-shirt via DPD. OK, it was after Christmas but was a nice surprise for my son to have an extra gift which he was thrilled about! Quality of the t-shirt and fit is excellent. Yes, spoilt by rubbish customer service hence why the 3 stars but I do have a happy lad now which partly makes up for it. Will I order again from Trapstar, I very much doubt it as it was not a smooth transaction, but as I said, quality and fit was good.
