Have tried contacting due to them emailing me about they have lost my parcel and gave me 3 choices number 1 was to “WAIT” and get a gift card with my original order number 2 “ALTERNATIVE TRACKSUIT” and number 3 a Full Refund, They have never responded to my emails and tried even contacting them everyday, they are a bad and disgusting company that dont value their customer care products that we have bought off them. I have ordered my tracksuit on October 14th and still have not received my tracksuit. Absolutely disgusting. I will be waiting for your response Trapstar.
