Trapstar have taken £250 from me and not delivered the goods. Ordered on 24th November and heard nothing regarding a dispatch date.I have emailed and called countless times and have only received automated responses asking for order details which I have given each time.Lots of customer complaints all saying the same thing on social media channels.At any time this is disgraceful but in the run up to Christmas and in a cost of living crisis completely unacceptable.
