Non existent customer service. My son placed an order, which remains unfulfilled around 2 weeks later. I have tried to make contact with them numerous times over the phone (no answer), leaving 2 unreturned voicemail messages. I have e-mailed 3 times now, with no response so far. I have also gone on live chat twice - no-one there. They currently have 185 pounds of my sons money - what he was attempting to buy was a Christmas present. That's that out of the window now. Looking like I'm going to have to do a chargeback, which will take weeks to get my money back, if the bank accept. Otherwise I will have to get the police involved - this is theft.Use this company at your peril.
