I ham still waiting on a tracksuit I ordered for my son in the 26th November. Tge only email from them is to say there is a delay and will not be available until January 20th!!!! This is a xmas present for my son that cost £190. So now he won’t have this on xmas morning and I cannot get tgrough on live chat or phone and no one replying to my emails. All I want is my money back to buy him something else. I cannot afford to lose £190 as I’m a single parent. This is shocking customer service.
