By far the worst company i have ever dealt with. Ordered a coat and tracksuit for my son on the 14th October, received the coat a week later no problem no complaints about that.The tracksuit was a pre order so thought maybe it would take another week or so but it never turned up. As others have stated i tried the customer service line a few times, no one ever answers just goes to an answer phone. So i sent them an email, in all fairness they did reply telling me it had a dispatch date of the 24th November, so waited for the 24th. No email to say it had been dispatched, left it a few more days still nothing. Emailed them again to say we hadn't received the tracksuit or even had email to say it had been dispatched. They replied saying that it was still within the 9-12 working day period and to keep an eye out for an email for dispatch details.We are now into the 12th working day and the 41st working day since i ordered it and still nothing. As stated by others please avoid buing anything from them online, if i could give 0 stars i would.
