This company is awful. This is the first and last time I will be purchasing ANYTHING from Trapstar. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my nephew, I made 2 orders on the 25th November 1 order (that was ordered last) came a week later but unfortunately I had to sent it back because to big the delivery company has said it was delivered back safely the next day but Trapstar has yet to confirm my return was received and it has been 3 days now. My first order is no where to be seen not even a dispatch email and it has been 2 weeks. I have tried to email several times and called but no one answers my calls or no reply to my emails. I actually can’t believe this company, they do not care about the customers at all!!!.
