EDIT: My order from 29th November has arrived today (12th December)!!!I've ordered from Trapstar twice before and the items arrived within a couple of days so I didn't see an issue when buying a sale item on 29th November but I've had no correspondence, no dispatch email and when I look online it says my order is unfulfilled. I have called several times and had to leave a voicemail, emailed, and attempted to complete an online chat but have been unable to speak to anyone. The item is for my teenage son for Christmas and as a customer, I just want some reassurance but so far they are failing miserably.
