f there's a "0" rating, I would give that. Please stay away from Trap Star. Ordered over 10 days ago - took payment straight away. I have been on hold for more than 1/2 an hour to hear finally that they're busy. Absolutely no communication, they do not answer phones, it takes more than any utility customer support (you never get to speak to any person be it actual person or not) - then, as a next option, you email them quoting your order number etc, then they email back asking for the exact same information you just gave them. This is a business failure with it's 100% lack of customer service and hence the lack of trust. If people received on time, great, many congratulations and be Proud that You're among the rarest and the luckiest lot. It's a shame and purely such a disappointment for my son who was eagerly waiting for more than 3 weeks for a delivery which was mentioned will not take more than 9 days with no updates about the status too. Extremely disappointed, I am looking for my money back whatsoever if not the coat I ordered for my son.
