I ordered a jacket and it didn’t fit properly so i got told to send it back to them and that way they would replace it for a size up and send me a email about it or refunding me the money if they didn’t have it in the size up. It has been 5 days that it’s been delivered to their TS RETURNS post box and i have had no email or anything. I have emailed them numerous times and have been calling them repeatedly but i always get sent to their voicemail since “all callers are busy”. I have been calling for the 5 days and left my contact details behind every single time but never got a reply or call back. It’s honestly been an awful experience.
