Absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service I have received from trapstar. I placed tow orders on Monday 28th of November. Trapstar have not sent me any notification on when any of my parcels are going to arrive. The parcels are for my son. Each customer representative are useless as each say the same ; we are on the 4th working day actually it’s the 6th working day and I am no where further in finding out when my order is going to be dispatched. I have made numerous calls to the so called contact number no one picks the phone up. I spent quite a few pounds on the website so to be treated in this manner is a disgrace. I will not ever be purchasing anything from trapstar again as the fact that I have had no further notifications about my order is appalling. I contacted trapstar on Instagram and have sent various emails again no one has been helpful
