I ordered from trapstar and my parcel should have arrived on Tuesday. Had a message from DPD stating the time so was waiting for it. Next thing I knew is my parcel was refused by them.It then said being returned to trapstar. I couldn't get hold of DPD, so phoned trapstar and spoke to a lovely man called Brian, he was very helpful and he is sending the parcel back to me. Their customer service is really good and efficient so thank you. I don't rate DPD at all, should have used Royal Mail who are trustworthy.
