Absolutely disgusting service, I had ordered £430 worth of stuff they confirmed my order and took the money out of my account, half an hour later I got an email saying my order had been cancelled due to “fraud” yet the money still got taken out of my account, I have emailed them numerous times and I’ve had no response whatsoever, I kept getting the same automated email which is telling me someone will get back to me in the space of 24hrs, it’s been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing, highly recommend anyone that’s this happened to to go and report this further than mikey trapstar as you’ll get no response off of him, they have also been deleting everyone’s comments on instagram where people have shared their bad experience, mikey trapstar is in absolute denial over his appalling service, this is a genuine review the presents that I ordered were Christmas presents and I’ve only been let down PLEASE PLEASE report to TRADING STANDARDS
