Ordered a tracksuit that I no longer wanted and tried over and over with multiple emails and calls which weren’t answered even in business hours and the live chat also doesn’t connect you to anyone and have taken my £180 without giving a refund or being able to cancel the order, even though it was a pre order. Also call voicemail says it goes to ‘Jason’ no idea who that is but do not buy from this awful company.
